A Fritanga is the ultimate share plate. You cannot eat this plate alone! Mainly this is a FRY-GRILL platter. Each cook adds their own touch but basically, your average fritanga has green plantains (patacones), pork belly (chicharrón), small golden Andean potatoes (papa criolla), chorizo, pork ribs, cassava (yuca frita), morcilla (blood sausage) and plantains.  Macondo makes VEGAN Fritangas too!
