A Fritanga is the ultimate share plate. You cannot eat this plate alone! Mainly this is a FRY-GRILL platter. Each cook adds their own touch but basically, your average fritanga has green plantains (patacones), pork belly (chicharr√≥n), small golden Andean potatoes (papa criolla), chorizo, pork ribs, cassava (yuca frita), morcilla (blood sausage) and plantains.  Macondo makes VEGAN Fritangas too!
